good good but NPCS need to have lower CR most i wont be able to use for a looong time needs more CR 5 NPCS

Each character has stats, history, tactics, encounter hooks, and sometimes a little extra, depending on the particular NPC. These products are great for dropping into a campaign in order to give flavor to otherwise mundane encounters. These NPCs could make great friends and resources for the character, or be their worst enemy.<br><br> <b>LIKED</b>: No errors that I saw, high production quality, nice variety of NPCs.<br><br><b>DISLIKED</b>: There should be a picture of each NPC (there are only 5). I personally also feel that there should have been more NPCs with lower CRs. 14 of 23 NPCs are CR 10 or higher, and the average CR is about 12.<br><br><b>QUALITY</b>: Acceptable<br><br><b>VALUE</b>: Satisfied<br>
