Good quality scan. Classic old school goofiness. Overall well worth the low low price .

This is an excellent reproduction with basically no negative signs that it's a scanned product. I have to believe this receiver a proper digital layout at some point and this is printed from those assets, the text is just so sharp and the blacks are inky. It's basically perfect. All the maps look great too.

The quality of the reprint is great, quite durable, and the clarity of the images, are more than I could have hoped for. I’m very pleased with the reproduction, only wish that other classic mods/classic booklets were also available in soft cover print, and not just as a PDF.

As a player I experienced this module MANY years ago so when I realized it was available in POD format I was very excited to get my hands on a copy and run it for my own group. In my case, I unfortunately found that my memories of how great this adventure was was heavily influenced by how much my own DM had invested into and embelished the module.

Ghost Tower Of Inverness is at its core a fun challenge-style dungeon that is well worth a play through. Having said that where it ages poorly (in my opinion) is that the trade-off for it being a challenge-style dungeon is that it is light on flavour, background and meaningful hooks. If a DM wants to run this as part of their own campaign it will require a lot of padding out and some consideration if you aren't playing 1st Ed with the pre-generated characters.

Having said all that, if your players like an old-school challenging dungeon that is less well known (and less mean spirited) than Tomb Of Horrors this might be the perfect adventure for you.

Worth owning for 1'st ed enthusiasts and Greyhawk completists. It's set in the Duchy of Urnst, and the shadow instigator, "The Seer" played a large part in the backstory of the unfinished "Absolute Power" series by Erik Mona in the Living Greyhawk scenarios (unavailable through official means).

The scan is good quality.

This is pretty much a straight forward dungeon adventure with a lot of traps and some tough fights thrown in for good measure. It is a pretty good module for mining ideas.

The quality of the scan is OK. It has some grey, but it is not that bad. It is fairly clear, although it is not as sharp as it could be.

I recalled this being an excellent adventure. With hindsight it is showing its age, but still has an intriguing central theme, the ghost tower itself.
